Being part of the DDM Masterclass was a systemic experience in itself. I THOUGHT I knew all the parts of the DDM framework, but as separate bits. They came together beautifully and make so much more sense as an integrated whole! I look forward to teaching my students the tools and the associated mindset. Learning to love the problem and to accept messiness and uncertainty is likely to make a lot of difference in their lives.
